1、学习由past和to构成的表示时间的方法;用What tie is it? It’s…熟练问答。
2、区分什么时候用past,什么时候用to。

【教学过程】
1、Waring-up
1) Free talk
用What day is it today? What lessons do you have in the orning? What subject do you like ? How are you? What’s the atter with you ? 等日常交际用语进行交谈。
2) Sing a song: Play the tape of the song learnt in Unit6 and ask the students to sing the song together and do a group work to sing the song and which group does a better job.
3) Ask the students to do a group work to think for a while about the happy or unforgettable thing happened before and ask the to try to tell the out in English and then ask groups to coe to the front and try to tell their stories and copete to see who does a better job.
2、复习数词。
(1)让学生口头报数,从1到20,再报20到100的整十数。
(2)同桌练习,一个同学在纸条上写下一个数字(两位数,不超过20),在另一个同学眼前迅速一晃,然后让对方猜纸上的数字,用You’re right.或You’re wrong.进行评价,直到猜对为止。看谁猜得又快又准确。
3、教学half, past和a quarter。
(1)出示钟面,拨至1:30,让学生用学过的方式表达——one thirty, 顺势教学新词half, 告诉学生另一种表达法——half past one。在把钟面分别拨至2:30, 4:30, 6:30, 7:30, 9:30, 12:30等进行练习。书写half, past。
(2)将分针拨至不过半的整十数上,时针任意,多层次练习past的用法,如:1:10, 3:20…
(3)同样方式教学a quarter, 并拨至2:15, 3:15…进行练习,直至熟练。书写quarter。
4、教学to,与past进行区分。将钟面拨12:50,先让学生用学过的方式表达——twelve fifty, 然后告诉学生有一种数字更为简单的表达方式,用“一点差十分”的表述方式——ten to one,提醒学生to用在分钟过半的情况下,而past用在分钟不过半(包括正好半)的情况下。继续拨钟面,练习2:50, 4:40…等,直至熟练。
5、出示图卡片,遮住字,只让学生看钟面显示的时间,让学生有选择性地说出…past…, …to…,然后可跟录音读,进行巩固和正音。
6.教师在黑板上写下一些时间,如:2:10, 8:30, 10:40, 6:15, 12:50等,用What tie is it? It’s…与学生进行问答。
7、学生在自制钟面上画上时间(之前教师应提醒学生时针不应总在整点数上,而应跟随分针作相应的变化),然后用What tie is it? It’s…与同桌进行问答练习,在熟练操练的基础上,教师可指名部分学生上台展示钟面并演示问答过程。
8、作业:抄写四会单词;熟练掌握past和to的用法。

出示钟面,拨至任意时间,用What tie is it? It’s…进行师生示范问答练习后,由两个学生练习问答。2、出示写有时间的纸条,9:15, 6:30, 6:10, 8:40, 让学生在对钟面敏感的同时也能对数字产生感觉,同桌练习问答。
3、出示C部分教学挂图(分别出示)。
(1)让学生根据图片说出短语have a class, have breakfast, have supper/dinner, go to bed。
(2)从每个短语中取一个名词class, breakfast, dinner, bed,放进It’s tie for…一句中,表示“该是…的时间了。”
(3)将What tie is it? It’s… It’s tie for…结合起练习,并在熟练练说的基础上落实到笔头。
4、学生自由读E部分。
(1)掌握Sa一天中的活动及其相应的时间。
(2)填写表格。

4.Read and say.
本课对话由早上、中午和晚上三个场景组成。呈现了David和妈妈,Nancy以及ike之间谈话的情景,还展现了本单元的重点句型What tie is it? It’s tie for… I want to… Do you want to…?
(1)出示图片,复习词组get up, have breakfast, watch TV, do hoework。在学生熟悉这些短语后,教师演示wash y face, brush y teeth,导入两个新短语的学习。
(2)分别出示三幅挂图,先让学生看图说话,再听三段录音,使对话的内容更具体化。如,图1:It’s tie for breakfast. David is brushing his teeth. 图2:It’s a quarter to twelve. 听录音后回答Who is on duty today? When is the football gae? 图3:David is doing his hoework. Nancy is watching TV.
(3)听录音,了解对话整体内容。然后跟录音读,模仿语音语调。
(4)听完录音,问学生Is David busy? 根据回答补充说明David is really busy. He has no tie for rest. There’s no tie for breakfast.
(5)Practice and consolidation

1). 教师出示E部分Look and read图片, 指导学生看图。
2). 教师边指导学生看图边组织师生问答What tie is it? It’s a quarter to
seven/eight/half past eight/twenty to twelve/ten to six/nine。
3). 看图,指导学生用所学句型描述各图。
5. Look and guess
游戏活动:你做我做。
请任一学生说时间,另一个学生根据时间做相应的动作,台下的学生用一般现在时第三人称单数句式完整地描述出学生所做的动作,如He washes his face at ten past six.
6. Listen and repeat.
1. 教师出示单词卡片car, park, party, star,让学生认读。
2. 教师示范朗读单词,让学生跟读,后让学生体会单词中的共同音素。
3. 学生听录音跟读单词和句子,教师通过表情、手势让学生体会该句的意思。
7、布置作业:
1) 听录音跟读本课所学内容,要求学生能够根据本课所学句子和日常交际用语进行自编会话,同桌表演。
2) 抄写本单元的四会单词和词组
