(一)Waring-up
1) Free talk
设计意图:口语的练习有助于培养学生的英语口语水平同时也锻炼学生的听力水平因为它们之间是相辅相成的。
(与随读生进行对话)
用What day is it today? What lessons do you have in the orning? What subject do you like ? How are you? What’s the atter with you ? 等日常交际用语进行交谈。(在进行日常用语交流时可让学生相互之间进行也可让学生问老师,以增加学生的兴趣。)
2) Sing a song: Play the tape of the song learnt in Unit3 and ask the students to sing the song together and then do a group work to sing the song and which group does a better job. (鼓励随读生一起唱歌)
3) Ask the students to do a group work to think for a while about the interesting or unforgettable thing happened before and try to tell the out in English and then ask groups to coe to the front and try to tell their stories and see which group does a better job to tell the stories better.
(二)Presentation
设计意图:通过教师的创设情境进入学习内容阶段,从而减轻学生对句子内容的理解力。
1、由“你知道世界上的哪些国家?”引出单词country及其复数countries.
2、(出示图卡片,教学八个国家和国籍类单词China, Chinese, UK, British, USA, Aerican, Australia, Australian.并引导学生拼读和书写。)其中,UK也可称为England, USA也可成为Aerica。教学较长单词时可采用分解教学法,如:Bri-tish, A-e-ri-can, Aus-tra-lia等。(指导随读生读简单的单词)
(教师通过自我介绍导入新句子I’ fro China. I’ Chinese.学生在理解后模仿造句,可自由设想)

3、通过辨认国旗或各国标志性的建筑巩固国家类单词。如:美国的自由女神像、中国的长城、英国的雾都、澳大利亚的水城。
4、设计连线题,巩固相关的国家和国籍,再次练说I’ fro… I’…

7、Play a gae: Present the pictures of the learnt countries and ask the students to try to read the out as quickly as possible and see who does a better job to recognize the the quickest.

Play the tape of this part and ask the students to listen to the tape carefully and try to read the words after the tape and pay attention to the words’ pronunciation and intonation.
设计意图:巩固是学习的关键环节,通过巩固让学生进一步了解所学的知识,并通过让学生自己总结归纳锻炼学生的自学能力。

设计意图:作业能更及时的巩固所学的词组和句型,帮助学生更好的掌握。

2) Play the tape of the learnt song in Unit Three and ask the students to sing the song together to arise their interest in learning English. (让学生跟着音乐一起唱,进行比赛,看哪一组唱的最好最响,适当进行鼓励。)(鼓励随读生一起唱歌)
设计意图:歌曲的导入,有利于调动课堂的气氛和学生的热情,可根据实际情况多唱几遍,直至学生进入一种积极的学习状态。

(二)Presentation
设计意图:单词与句型的操练,可以培养学生的英语口语水平,同时也为C部分的学习打好基础。
1、复习已学的八个国家和国籍类单词China, Chinese, UK, British, USA, Aerican, Australia, Australian.和句子I’ fro… I’…
2、继续教学四个国家和国籍类单词Japan, Japanese, France, French.注意引导学生拼读和书写。(Japan的第一个a发音为/э/,第二个a发音为/æ/,Japanese则正好相反;France可从已学的dance变化而。)
3、听录音,跟读十二个国家和国籍类单词,然后学生自由认读和记忆。
4、通过辨认国旗和人物再次巩固单词。
5、连线并练读单词和句子。(修改:注意单词的发音,要及时纠正学生的发音问题,特别是重音,学生总要读错。)

(教师手举中国国旗说I’ fro China. I’ Chinese. I speak Chinese.“你好吗?”并告诉学生说某种语言用speak而不是say或者talk.)
3、教学语言类单词Chinese, English, Japanese, French,其中Chinese, Japanese, French和国籍类单词是相同的,English是学生早已熟知的,所以语言类单词比较容易记忆,但是要注意的是UK, USA, Australia三个国家的人都是说英语的,避免误认为有Aerican, Australian的语言形式。然后放进句子I speak…进行巩固。
4、通过教师和学生的自由问答引出新句型Do you speak…? Yes, I do. I speak…, too. No, I don’t I speak… 如:
Are you fro the UK/England? Yes, I a./ No, I’ not.
Are you British? Yes, I a./ No, I’ not.

5、指导完成D部分练习。(指导随读生)
