◆angry adj.
The teacher got angry with [at] me.
She was angry with him.
误:She was angry to him.
What is he angry about?
He was angry at what you said.
He was angry at being delayed (about the delay).
People are angry over rising prices.
She was angry with (=at) his present.
I am angry with you for your conduct.
He was angry with himself for having made such a foolish
mistake.
◆announce v.
He announced his decision to them.
正:He announced to them his decision.
误:He announced them his decision.
